NOt sure if anyone can put some pressure on Bromsgrove Environmental services, but there is an issue regarding public transport that is being ignored. The bust stop on Hollywood Lane at the corner of Houndsfield Lane has a hedge that is falling down. The Council have not dealt with this for years and now it is forcing some pedestrians to walk into the road to pas buy in order to avoid the low branches over the pavement. Having spoken with several passengers waiting for a bus, this has been reported by many of them for some time and as I live nearby, I made an official complaint on 20th June - No 11471584 - with the details and have since phoned them again without having any indication if and when this problem will be attended to. The hedge in question was originally well back behind the bust stop (now covered by the hedge) and often cut back by local residents, who are now too old to do this work. Any help would be appreciated before a serious accident occurs with pedestrians stepping into the road.
