Last week we wrote an article detailing the problems with the school heating, you can read that here.
Since then the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sajid Javid, also our MP, visited Woodrush Thursday morning, taking a tour of the school.
We’ve since had confirmation that the heating will be working by Monday morning.
We’d like to thank the Chancellor for whatever role he had in securing the necessary funds to ensure Woodrush stays open.
Also to the parents who kicked up a fuss and ensured this story reached Westminster - thank you.
